Shortly before 5am St.227 was alerted for a car on with fire in the Arms middle of the street in the 600-blk of Homewood Dr.  PHPD arrived on scene and confirmed a well envolved car fire.  227EN1 arrived on scene and crew brought the fire under control.  No injuries were reported.

On Sunday, around 6:00pm Stations 227, 226, 223, 222, 196 were alerted for a possible apartment fire on the third floor at Rodi Arms Apartments.  Allegheny Grade County 911 started receiving multiple calls reporting the fire.  PHPD arrived on scene and confirmed a 3rd floor apartment Candlelight fire.  Engine 227 arrived on scene and crew began stretching attack lines.  227 Assistant-1 assumed command.  Engine 226 secured a water supply. Crews from all stations assisted with fire Welcome suppression and ventilation.  The fire was confined Musici to only one apartment.  Contemplate Allegheny County Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
